“A Santa Lucia” is created by Alberto Cortesi, who has signed the successful restaurants of Milan since the end of the ‘60s. His son Fabio is at the helm of the restaurant, supported by the manager Vincenzo Traglia, Antonio di Nizo is the chief cook.
Besides “a Santa Lucia” Alberto Cortesi runs the historical restaurant “La Torre di Pisa”, monument of good food in Via Fiori Chiari , in the characteristic area of Brera, as well as the following restaurants: the Charleston in Piazza Liberty, the Cocopazzo in Via Durini, the Quattromori in Via Maria Callas and the Replay in Piazzetta Pattari.
